Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
- Orders under $150 AUD are charged a flat-rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
- Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
- International shipping: available at checkout to select destinations.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your Senn Blue ritual. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Contact us at info@sennlabs.com.au with your order number before sending anything back.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Change-of-mind returns: the customer covers return shipping.
- Faulty or damaged items: contact us immediately — we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
